During a unique showbusiness career which spans five decades Johnnie Hamp has worked with just about every major British and American artiste in the book.

From the time he first appeared on stage as a boy stooge to his magician father, until he left Granada TV as Head of Light Entertainment, Johnnie has had stints as a Variety artiste, movie publicist, TV presenter, theatre manager, talent booker, theatrical producer, record producer, lecturer and after dinner speaker - although he is best known as one of Britain's top television producers.

Johnnie has devised and produced more than 2000 programmes for television and has maintained a friendly working relationship with the stars he has worked with over the years.
